"Ajo E Ojo" Spaghetti

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ glass Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Pietro Coricelli)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 handful of chopped parsley
  • 400 g spaghetti

PREPARATION / DIRECTIONS

  1. Brown the garlic and chili pepper in hot oil until the garlic is golden.
  2. Remove the garlic and chili pepper and pour the hot oil on the spaghetti cooked “al dente”.
  3. And the chopped parsley and mix quickly.
  4. Serve immediately
