"Ajo E Ojo" Spaghetti
INGREDIENTS
- ½ glass Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Pietro Coricelli)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 handful of chopped parsley
- 400 g spaghetti
PREPARATION / DIRECTIONS
- Brown the garlic and chili pepper in hot oil until the garlic is golden.
- Remove the garlic and chili pepper and pour the hot oil on the spaghetti cooked “al dente”.
- And the chopped parsley and mix quickly.
- Serve immediately
