Two-tone Ricotta Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
Yellow Smoothie
- ¼ cup Greenfields Ricotta Cheese
- 250 ml Greenfields Fresh Milk
- 15 ml Honey
- 1 Banana
- 1 Mango
Pink Smoothie
- ¼ cup Greenfields Ricotta Cheese
- 250 ml Greenfields Fresh Milk
- 15 ml Honey
- 1 cup Berries
PREPARATION / DIRECTIONS
- Blend all ingredients separately according to each smoothie.
- Pour pink smoothie to fill 1/3 of the serving glass.
- Add the yellow smoothie slowly, tilt the glass slightly to allow the yellow smoothie to flow beneath the pink smoothie.
- Garnish accordingly.
- Ready to serve.
