Cereals (66%) [wholegrain oats (43%), corn, rice], sugar, almonds (4%), sunflower oil, palm oil, corn maltodextrin, salt, flavour, barley malt extract, mineral (iron), vitamins (niacin, thiamin, riboflavin, folate). Contain almonds and cereals containing gluten. May contain milk, sesame, soy, sulphites, lupins, and other tree nuts.
